How do I pay?
We will send an invoice for payment at or before delivery. Cash or Venmo are appreciated!
Can you dry clean or accept dry clean only clothing?
Sorry, we cannot at this time. We will help with your delicate items but cannot guarantee items if they have special instructions.
What if something happens to my laundry?
We keep every client's order seperate. However, if you believe something is missing or damaged please alert us within 24 hours so we can work with you to make it right! We inspect all clothing but existing stains can be missed.
Are your machines clean?
We clean and sanitize our machines between every client.
What kind of detergent do you use?
We will use our detergents or yours, depending on your preference. We use the best products on the market. You have the option between fragrance, fragrance-free, or regular.
Can I schedule weekly, monthly or a subscription?
Of course! Let us know how we can best serve you by saving your spot!
How do you dry items?
All of our items are dried unless specified for hanging. This can increase return time.
